Terms of Service for Platform Pro X

1. 1Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction) to create an account or use Platform Pro X. If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
2. 2Authority: If you access or use the Service on behalf of a company or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. 3Account Binding: By creating an account, you affirm that you can form a binding contract with Platform Pro X and are not barred from receiving services under applicable law.

1. 1Account Registration: To access certain features (such as uploading photos, posting short-form videos, entering live streams, or participating in head-to-head battles), you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
2. 2Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username, password, or third-party login tokens). You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3. 3One Account Per Person: Platform Pro X reserves the right to limit the number of accounts created from a single device or network. You may not create accounts through automated means (e.g., bots or scrapers).

1. 1Ownership of Your Content: You retain all ownership rights in the original photos, videos, audio, text, graphics, and other content you post or stream on Platform Pro X ("User Content").
2. 2License Granted to Platform Pro X: By posting, transmitting, or sharing User Content on or through the Platform, you grant Platform Pro X a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, and stream your User Content in connection with operating, promoting, improving, and marketing Platform Pro X in all media formats and channels.
3. 3Publicity Rights: You grant us the right to use your username, profile picture, and content in connection with features, promotional campaigns, feed recommendations, and public showcases.
4. 4Music & Audio Content: If you incorporate audio, music clips, or sounds from Platform Pro X's audio library into your posts or live streams, your use is subject to our royalty-free/promotional sound license rules. You may not extract or sell audio files separately.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors on Platform Pro X:

• Illegal or Dangerous Content: Posting content that promotes violence, illegal acts, dangerous activities, self-harm, or terrorism.
• Sexually Explicit Material: Posting nudity, pornographic images, or sexually explicit live streams.
• Harassment & Hate Speech: Engaging in bullying, stalking, harassment, discrimination, or hate speech targeting race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.
• Copyright & IP Infringement: Posting photos, audio clips, videos, or trademarks that belong to others without proper authorization.
• Impersonation & Fraud: Misrepresenting your identity, impersonating another person or brand, or creating deceptive profiles.
• Spam & Bots: Using bots, scripts, crawlers, or automated tools to generate fake likes, followers, comments, or views.
• Platform Security Tampering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, hack, bypass safety filters, or disrupt Platform Pro X's systems or network infrastructure.

1. 1Live Features & Head-to-Head Battles: Platform Pro X offers interactive live streams and competitive head-to-head creator battles. You must comply with all real-time moderation standards during live streams. We reserve the right to cut, terminate, or mute any live feed or battle that violates these Terms or Community Guidelines.
2. 2Virtual Coins & Gifts: Platform Pro X may allow users to purchase virtual currency ("Coins") to send digital gifts to creators during live streams or battles.

1. 1Content Removal: Platform Pro X reserves the right to remove, edit, block, or disable access to any User Content at any time, with or without notice, if we believe it violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable laws.
2. 2Account Termination: We may suspend, disable, or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, for any reason (including repeated copyright infringement, fraudulent activity, or severe terms violations), without prior notice or liability.
3. 3Self-Deletion: You may delete your account at any time through the app settings menu. Upon deletion, your profile and posts will be removed from public view, subject to our privacy retention policies.

Platform Pro X respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please send a written Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) notice to our designated Copyright Agent at:

Notice Requirements:

1. 1Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
2. 2Direct link or description of where the infringing material is located on Platform Pro X.
3. 3Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email).
4. 4A statement of good faith belief that use of the material is unauthorized.
5. 5A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

1. 1"AS IS" Basis: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
2. 2Third-Party Content: Platform Pro X is not responsible for User Content, third-party advertisements, or external links posted on the Platform.
3. 3Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Platform Pro X, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

1. 1Mandatory Binding Arbitration: You and Platform Pro X agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Service shall be settled by binding individual arbitration rather than in court.
2. 2Class Action Waiver: You and Platform Pro X waive any right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative legal action or arbitration.
3. 3Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Platform Pro X is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
